Most nights if I'm not too tired I meditate before going to sleep.
I've been wanting to meet a spirit guide for a while now and last night I think I finally saw one!
I saw a person dressed in a white hooded robe come towards me and as I was about to ask him/her who he/she was the person turned and walked away.................
I am eager to know who that person is!

could be your door keeper or a guide... please always remember to put protection around yourself when meditating...

Very cool! My spirit guide has never made him or herself known to me other than the whispers of caution and little nudges that I get. To see one is so exciting!
